The All American Assisted Living project in Wareham, MA consisted of new ground up construction of a L-1 56,000 SF, two story assisted living facility. Construction included a total of 58 units, consisting of 45 assisted living apartments, 13 memory care units and associated common and service areas. The community spaces feature bistro style dining room, beauty salon, library, memory garden and recreation areas for the residents.
