Dellbrook | JKS completed construction of the gorgeous new $9.9M, 2 story, steel and wood framed, 24,000 SF (combined interior and porches) Clubhouse, located in close proximity to the position of the existing clubhouse in Falmouth, MA. The work included: new entries at the lower and upper levels with connecting stairways to optimize ocean views to Buzzard’s Bay, new furnishings for the dining area, and the addition of a lounge and card room. Both the men’s and women’s locker rooms were also completely renovated. A tower element was added to the clubhouse to incorporate the addition of an elevator. Exterior work included extended decks, dormers, double hung windows, stone stairways, cedar shingles, and copper gutters.
