Yawkey Housing Resource Center
The Yawkey Housing Resource Center is a 35,946 SF project to be constructed in two phases for Father Bill's & Mainspring. The Housing Resource Center Phase 1 consists of a two-story 15,700 GSF facility including a medical clinic, a dining facility with full commercial kitchen, laundry, offices and other program spaces, a 10-bed respite facility and dormitory sleeping quarters for 70 male and 40 female guests.
Broad Street Housing Phase 2 consists of Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) of a four-story 20,000 GSF building with 30 studio apartment low income rental units and ground floor common space and storage.
