99 Tremont Street
The 99 Tremont Street, project consisted of new 102,871 GSF multifamily|mixed use construction with 62 apartment units, over 5 floors in Brighton, MA.
Construction included an 87-car parking garage on the ground floor, (including 27 stacker and 12 tandem spaces) two car-sharing spaces, four electric car charging stations and bike storage for 62 bicycles in a secure room, as well as four surface parking spaces. Construction also included the ground floor project leasing offices, a main entrance lobby and a Clubhouse space with a lounge and fitness center.
The 62 units are wrapped around a courtyard over the garage, with three floors of apartments along Tremont Street stepping up to five floors on the North side and rear of the site.
Construction was completed in October, 2017. Construction was completed to LEED Silver Certifiable Standards.
