This project is multiple construction types including a 150,000 SF adaptive re-use and renovation of a historic mill building for 160 residential units and conversion of an existing power house building to high-end amenity space. The project also includes new construction of a 172,018 SF, 4 story-wood framed building over two levels of steel podium for an additional 100 units and a 224-space parking garage.
Amenities at 59 Fountain Street include a rooftop garden and function space, a pool terrace, common areas, a fitness center, workspace, and bicycle storage. 59 Fountain Street overlooks Farm Pond and is located in downtown Framingham near the MBTA commuter rail station, Routes 9 and 30 and the Massachusetts Turnpike. 26 residences at 59 Fountain Street will be designated affordable.
