The Central Building, 332 Main Street
The Central Building project at 332 Main Street in Worcester consists of renovation/rehabilitation of an existing stately Seven story building into 55 residential units and ground-floor retail. The 96,000 square foot Central Building was constructed in 1926, of steel encased in concrete and terra cotta; with a steel floor structure.
Dellbrook | JKS completed exterior as well as interior renovations, including re-roofing, exterior re-pointing and replacement of windows and a total adaptive reuse rehabilitation of the building’s interior with the majority of the building changing from primarily business use to residential.
There was significant utility vault and earthwork completed in order to tie into the existing sewer across the main street.
