The 132 Chestnut project, also known as the Harry and Jeannette Weinberg House, consisted of 61 affordable rental apartments, including studios and one-bedrooms that featured apartment layouts with universal design features for comfortable living.
The units also included full-equipped kitchens, central air conditioning and individually controlled heating, cable and internet access as well as 24-hour emergency call system. Select apartments are available for adults aging with life-long developmental disabilities with support services provided by JCHE.
