The Charles Hayes Building
This historic restoration of 57 units of housing has all the necessary amenities to service the new sophisticated urban client including a commercial restaurant, stores and the ground level, bicycle storage and exercise facilities. The Charles Hayes Building now has all the same look and glory as it did when it was first completed at the turn of the century.

In October, the Hayes received a Merit Award from Multifamily Executive magazine for “Best Adaptive Reuse”. In November, the Hayes was the recipient of the J. Timothy Anthony Award from the National Housing and Rehabilitation Association for the “Most Advanced Financial Structure”.
