Fox Hall at UMass Lowell
The project involved the complete renovation of 3 floors in an existing 18-floor building, converting offices to student residence rooms with common bathrooms and amenity spaces. Fox Hall remained occupied during all renovations without interruption as solid scheduling and coordination remained intact throughout the entire project between Dellbrook and college officials.
In addition to the renovated floors the scope of work also involved substantial infrastructure renovations and improvements to the existing building systems that extend to all floors of the 18-story building. Included were additions and mechanical upgrades to: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, chillers, fire protection, egress and elevator systems.
