This project involves a multiple phased interior renovation to a 134,640 SF occupied living facility where all 199 living units will be renovated while the building operates under normal conditions. The unit renovations will include upgraded bathrooms, kitchens, unit HVAC’s, upgraded MEP’s, ADA compliance conversions, and various interior finishes. Included with the living quarter’s renovations, the common areas, lobby’s, multipurpose/exercise rooms, and retail areas will be completely renovated with all new base building MEP’s upgraded/replaced where indicated.
This project also includes a full exterior facade renovation and complete window replacements that will be accompanied by full rood replacements at both the 11th story and the 3rd story wings. Additionally, new entrance structures, hardscapes, and landscapes will be included throughout the property. This project involves many multiple mobilizations that will require constant focus to the safety of the building occupants and retail consumers. Communication and workable harmony between the construction team and those occupying the building will be paramount at all times.
