Contract Administration

Our project management team will manage and supervise the construction phase activities using Timberline Project Management software which tracks all documentation including; contracts, work orders, transmittals, change orders, job meeting minutes and RFIs. This system allows the project manager and the superintendent to track all important details and the status of pending approvals of a project at any point during construction. During the construction phase, our project management team will update the components of our Project Management Control System on a daily basis and distribute the reports to the entire Project Team for review.
