SkySail at Driftway Ribbon Cutting

SCITUATE — On October 3rd, 2023, Dellbrook|JKS celebrated the ribbon cutting of SkySail at Driftway, a new, mixed-use community for Drew Companies in Scituate. Located at 340-348 Driftway, residents of the luxury, transit-oriented development are just minutes away from Scituate Harbor and located directly across from the MBTA Greenbush Station. 

The 110,000 sqft. project commenced in May 2021, involving the construction of six steel and wood-framed buildings, with podium for 160 parking spaces. Among these buildings, four are three-story residential structures containing 78 total apartment units. The units are divided between one- and two-bedroom apartments, 11 of which are affordable and available under market-rate.

SkySail’s two other buildings include a three-story mixed-use structure and a single-story 9,000 square foot retail building. The overall design, crafted by Cube 3 Studio, incorporates pedestrian pathways that unite the complex.
